Planning permission was granted in August 2007 for the re-use of existing buildings and rail infrastructure at the Gascoigne Wood site, adjacent to Sherburn-In-Elmet Industrial Estate, near Selby, North Yorkshire.
The permission allows for the re-use of over 250,000 sq.ft. of business space linked to the extensive rail infrastructure on site.
Rental income is currently circa £345k per annum.
