Planning consent for the re-use of 74,000 sq.ft. of business space was approved in June 2007. The Riccall site is well located just off the A19 between York and Selby. It offers a range of business space from small offices to 15,000 sq.ft. industrial units. The site also benefits from a 15MW electrical connection.
