To date, the Company has sold 15 acres to Flamstead LLP, a local owner occupier for the development of a manufacturing facility, and 26 acres to Sladen Estates who propose to develop a speculative industrial/distribution scheme. A further 8 acres has been sold to a local manufacturing company, DEB Group, who plan to develop a new Corporate HQ and manufacturing facility.
