Little Houghton
A planning permission has been submitted to Barnsley Metropolitan Borough Council for a mixed use development on part of the former Houghton Main site.
The scheme proposes 71 new dwellings, ranging from 2 bedroom apartments to 5 bedroom executive houses. It also includes the provision of 55,000 sqft of business space and open recreation space.
