Maximising returns from Agricultural sector
The Agricultural/Residential properties represent the mature part of the business. While there is limited opportunity for growth there are opportunities for increasing returns from the assets currently under management. The opportunities being pursued presently are :
- Identification of residential development land;
- Maximise increases from rent reviews and re letting;
- Use of low grade land for energy crop cultivation; and
- Initiate phased sale of land no longer required.
