Harworth Estates is the property division of UK COAL PLC- formed in 2002- responsible for managing and developing the Company’s extensive portfolio of brownfield land throughout the UK.
In addition to growing the asset value of its land development portfolio, the Harworth Estates’ property team focuses on growing net rental income from its increasing first generation business park portfolio, its agricultural estate and developing its sustainable natural resource assets of land, air, water and earth.
